Vishwum Kapadia

Vishwum Kapadia is a student at University School, recognized for his significant achievements in science research. He is a member of the class of 2025, serves as head prefect, and co-leads both the Spanish honor society and the varsity tennis team. Vishwum was named a finalist in the 2025 Regeneron Science Talent Search, a prestigious national competition for high school seniors. He has conducted cardiovascular research at the Cleveland Clinic, publishing his findings in the Structural Heart journal, and co-founded IntersectSTEM, a nonprofit dedicated to improving diversity in STEM fields.

Mr. Somers

Mr. Somers is an English Teacher at University School. He joined the faculty in 2006. Mr. Somers earned his Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
